Founded in 2013, Yellow Rock Group (YRG) excels in early-stage assisted and senior living development, from market analysis to innovative design and entitlement. In close collaboration with local partners, YRG invests in high-end assisted living projects. Notably, YRG successfully funded Quail Park West Seattle Memory Care, a pioneering facility operational since 2018, funded through a joint venture with Chinese and local investors.
Looking ahead, YRG is dedicated to investing in senior and assisted living spaces, including QPT at Riverton Creek, ready for construction, and a memory care facility in Bremerton, currently in the entitlement process. Leveraging our multicultural team and extensive expertise, we aim to meet the unique needs of Seattle’s Asian American senior community.
